TEHRAN (Tasnim) Secretary of Irans Supreme National Security Council Ali Akbar Ahmadian has traveled to Brazil to attend a meeting of BRICS.
- Politics news -Ahmadian, who is also a representative of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, arrived in Brasilia on Wednesday to take part in the meeting of National Security Advisers (NSA) of BRICS members.
The meeting is held at the Itamaraty Palace, the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.
Participants in the meeting are expected to discuss security arrangements among the BRICS member states.
Ahmadian is also scheduled to hold bilateral and multilateral talks on the sidelines of the event about the security, political and economic cooperation as well as the latest developments in West Asia.
