BUENOS AIRES, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Martin Ojeda scored late as Godoy Cruz stayed within sight of Argentina's Primera Division leaders on Tuesday with a 2-1 victory at Sarmiento.
Luciano Gondou put Sarmiento ahead in the 19th minute by heading into the bottom right corner after Guido Mainero's cross.
But the visitors equalized six minutes later through Salomon Rodriguez, who bundled home from close range following a corner. Ojeda gave the visitors the lead with a right-footed finish after Ezequiel Bullaude's assist 12 minutes from time.
The result at Eva Peron stadium leaves Godoy Cruz fourth in the 28-team standings with 24 points from 14 matches, four points behind leaders Atletico Tucuman. Sarmiento are 18th, seven points further back.
In other Primera Division fixtures on Tuesday, Huracan drew 1-1 at Independiente, San Lorenzo prevailed 2-0 at home to Platense and Central Cordoba cruised to a 3-0 home win over Colon.
